Peugeot 508 to be launched this month

           It’s been a great year for Nasim as Peugeot sales passed the 4,000 mark for the first time in decades. “As at end-September, we have sold over 4,000 units which is a new record for the Peugeot brand in Malaysia. This is double our sales in the same period in 2010 and surpasses our all-time record of 3,773 units in 2009,” said SM Nasarudin SM Nasimuddin, CEO of Nasim and Joint Group Executive Chairman of the Naza Group.

          And to commemorate this success, the company will launch the new Peugeot 508 before the end of this month. The model, which debuted at last year’s Paris Motor Show, is the successor to the 407 and also fills in the spot left by the retirement of the 607.

        “The all-new 508 will further increase our sales volume this year. This premium luxury sedan will be targeted at executives and professionals who want a car with class, character and panache,” he added.

As the pictures show, the 508 has the same elegant styling that characterizes the cars of the French manufacturer. At the front, it features Peugeot’s new ‘face’ with a “floating” grille and headlamps that feature signature circular LED daytime running lights.

          Inside, the 508 cabin is an elegant, refined space with a range of premium features such as quad-zone air conditioning, premium leather, a colour head-up display (HUD), and a 10-speaker JBL hi-fi system with a 500W surround sound amplifier with Arkamys audio processing. Since Nasim is mentioning these, it’s a safe bet that they will be in the models offered in Malaysia.

          It is also known that the 508 sold in Malaysia will have a turbocharged engine which produces 156 bhp and 240 Nm of torque. Unlike 15 years ago when French carmakers placed low priority on automatic transmissions, often adding them as options only after the model was launched, the 508 starts off with automatic transmissions being available right away and the Malaysian version will have a 6-speeder with paddle shifters.

Open the .bat file and in Command Prompt you should see:

Before you press "Enter" it should look like this:

圆形国际象棋 玩三国战

        我们常见的国际象棋是方形的棋盘，也就两个人玩。今天这个国际象棋是圆形的棋盘，三个人玩，每人16个棋子，这难度可就高了，一个玩家要与其他两个玩家拼杀。这三人玩的国际象棋也不是最近才发明的玩法，早在18世纪就出现了。与传统的玩法差不多包括规则。

天然秘方除蟑螂

利用硼酸水來拖地，让硼酸的結晶在水份干燥后，滲入地板的縫隙內，造成蟑螂讨厌的气味，蟑螂爬過碰到硼酸結晶也會中毒，是简单又有效的方法喔！

1.准备抹布一条（或拖把）、热水1桶、硼酸約1杯。

2.將硼酸倒入热水中，搅拌至溶解。

3.將抹布沾步骤2的熱水后拧干，即可用來拖地、擦拭蟑螂常出现的地方。

这是「主妇联盟环境保护基金会」强力推荐使用的环保饵剂，建议一般家庭放12至20個左右的毒饵，廚房、廁所內可多放一些，保持饵剂的干燥可置放數個月效果不变，但若受潮发霉則須再更换新的饵剂.饵剂中使用的硼酸西药房即可买到，虽然沒有強烈的毒性，但過量会累积体内，影响中樞神经跟消化系统，所以一定要避免小朋友与宠物食用。

1.准备硼酸1盒、洋蔥1顆、面粉150克、砂糖1大匙、奶粉1/2大匙、清水少許。

2.将洋蔥切成小丁，越細越好。

3.将洋蔥丁多余的水份挤干。

4.将砂糖、硼酸、奶粉、及步骤3中的洋蔥丁混合。

5.分数次加入清水拌勻，添加的水份不要太多，足夠让所有的粉揉成团即可，再將面团揉成約50個小球後压扁，放置通风处約一週后阴干即完成。记得每個饵剂不要太大，並保持干燥效果更好。

完全利用天然材料制成的，天然不含化学药物非常的安全环保，即使家中有小朋友跟宠物也不用担心。

1.准备小黃瓜1條、新鮮菊花花瓣适量、工业用酒精1杯、喷水器。

2.先將小黃瓜削皮，只取小黃瓜皮备用。

3.再將小黃瓜皮與新鮮的菊花花瓣放入工业用酒精內，静置待酒精变成綠色。

4.將步驟3 的酒精倒入喷水器中。

5.每週喷洒在蟑螂会出沒的地方，如排水孔附近、牆壁角落等处，對消灭刚孵化的小蟑螂特別有效

這是一种源起於美国亚历桑那州的传统除秘方，据说是以糖來吸引蟑螂食用，再让小苏打的鹼性破坏蟑螂的胃，最後就會死翘翘。

1.准备砂糖1小碟、苏打粉1小碟。

2.將砂糖與苏打粉混合。

3.再搅拌均勻即可。

4.放置在蟑螂出沒地方，約一至兩週后，蟑螂就会消失的无影无踪。

利用蒸熟的马铃薯加上硼酸就可以輕轻松远离蟑螂，这个份量是以15坪以下的空间所设的调制量，超过15坪就增加一倍的材料即可，蒸熟的马铃薯有浓郁

的澱粉味会吸引蟑螂，而硼酸則會让蟑螂中毒。

1.准备马铃薯2顆、硼酸1/4盒。

2.将马铃薯蒸熟後，去皮趁熱压成泥狀。

3.将硼酸加入步驟2的马铃薯泥中搅拌均勻。

4.再將步驟3的马铃薯泥揉成約樟腦丸大小即可。

5.放置在家中阴暗角落、蟑螂出沒处就可以，一样保持饵剂的干燥，一发霉变潮就要换新的。

蟑螂不爱九层塔的味道，晒干后味道更重，所以只要放置九层塔的地方，蟑螂就不会出现。

1.准备九层塔1把、旧丝袜1條。

2.將九层塔一叶一叶摘下來，若叶面上有水份就擦拭干淨。

3.將九层塔页塞入丝袜中綁好，放置有阳光处晒干即可。

4.放在家中阴暗处、牆角或蟑经常出沒的地方，就可以赶走蟑螂！

一般人认为很香的辣椒粉與胡椒粉，除了作菜還有妙方，兩种粉末混合的味道蟑螂就是不喜欢，所以蟑螂会不敢靠近，远离你家喔！

1.准备胡椒粉1小碟、辣椒粉1小碟。

2.將胡椒粉与辣椒粉混合。  

3.再搅拌均勻即可。

4.將混合均勻的粉撒在廚房排水口或牆角縫隙，蟑螂就不会经过这些地方，就会消失喔。
